Clean and convenient stay in Bangkok
The central location made it easy to explore Bangkok, with the BTS just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and had reliable Wi-Fi, a plus.
Rooms were small with minimal amenities, and noise from neighboring rooms could be disruptive at times. The lack of complimentary water was a letdown for a budget hotel.

Staff
The facilities if I put is rudely it was simply shit and will never stay in this hotel again , there are much cheap hotels, have much much better facilities , not even a drinking bottle of water , no way to contact the reception even for an emergency as there is no phone , worst is you even have to carry your own towels to and from the reception ...... I recon this is an air Asia management hotels and just like the airline they make you pay for everything and cheat you buy saying is value for money ...... It was cramp value for money and there not legible at all don't even care if your sick ,... I say the staff was good simply Cause they have a nice way to tell ... Hey you piece is shit do it your self and management of this hotel does not care a shit about you we only need your money " good for every business if they can have staff lie, this to milk your money :)

The location was comfortable and easy for first time visitors to Bangkok. Our standard queen room had a safe box, an electronic key card, and a flat screen TV with cable channels.

I must say, I was expecting a bit more from this hotel, especially given the price. The room felt cramped with minimal amenities, like a total lack of complimentary water, and I couldn't even get a kettle, unbelievable. I also waited ages for someone to assist me at the front desk. Definitley not impressed.

Location is perfect! Price is definitely reasonable! Suit for budget travel
There is not phone in the all rooms??? I don't know why? Whenever you wanna to talk with reception, you have to use in house phone in conidoor!!! Even it is impossible to call room to room! Really inconvenience!!! Everything has extra charge such as luggage storing, print, hot water(for noodle, coffee)... Ask first before request!!!

Location is good. Just about 3 minutes walk from Asok bts. Suitable for budget travellers. It's clean but small.
We booked twin room but finally got a double room without any notification. We asked for changing to twin room but one of the staff was rude to us, saying that it was not their fault. Air-conditioning and shower are poor. We need to take the used towels to the reception to replace clean ones. It's really inconvenient to us.

Stayed at red planet for 2 nights. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from terminal21 and close to the mrt station. The bed was comfortable and the room was tidy. The water machine in the lobby is a great way to stay hydrated without buying bottled water.

Maybe location, but that is it, nothing else, they dont even have a wake up call, simply because there is no phone in the room
Extremely small rooms, literally there is no chance to unpack, no wardrobe also, so only if you come with hands in pockets only, you can stay here. And funniest thing is, they give you the towell when you check in, and when you check out, they ask you to bring those towels back, so I was in rush to airport, but still had to back to room, pick up dirty wet towel off the bathroom floor and brought it back to them.

The standard queen room we had was new-fashioned. The bathroom was really good and the beds very clean. The hotel was in a comfortable and perfect position close enough to transport links, Thailand and Terminal 21 shopping complex. Sukhumvit district was worth staying in...

The location is fantastic, just a three-minute walk to Asok BTS. I found the lack of complimentary water and coffee facilities quite disappointing.

Low price - 658 baht. Comfortable bed. Fantastic rain shower. Good location.
No check in before 2pm - long queue developed. Asked for no extras to keep within budget but tv came on automatically when I entered the room and there is no off switch. Then when I got the tv turned off (no phone so had to go back down to reception), air conditioning came on by itself. I switched it off, I hadn't asked for it. Worried I might have to pay (but didn't have to). My Booked.net confirmation said free toiletries, but there were none. Had to go out to buy. Not providing a towel is going too far with the add-on'S. A tv is a non essential. But a towel? And tried to book again for next month. Wanted nearly 1,600 baht! No way! Thanks but no thanks.

Location - particularly good and excellent, just next door to the metro station and a big shopping mall and eateries and transport links. Great food selection.

The hotel was big size, and the meals were good, I really enjoyed the comfy and absolutely perfect location short walk to both the skytrain and the metro and countless bars restaurants and the countless bars of Soi 11 and Soy Cowboy. I had nice styled and large room with climate control, a safe and multi-channel TV. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was good-sized. I've had a pleasant stay for a short visit😃

Comfortable bed and good water machine in the lobby.
The room felt cramped with no storage space for clothes. I was bothered by noises from neighboring rooms. Basic amenities were lacking, including toiletries and coffee facilities, quite disappointing given the price.
